The ride began in Lowestoft, the most easterly point in the country, and over the course of 12 days they travelled a total of 500 miles to reach their final destination Lands End which is the most westerly point in the country.
The ride was completed by two of our very own volunteers Laura and Alex, and accompanying them was Nick from Bristol Marrow.
Despite all of this cycling they managed to run three recruitment events to importantly sign potential lifesavers to the Anthony Nolan bone marrow register. The purpose of this bike ride however was also to fund raise for Anthony Nolan as they crucially need this money to maintain and grow the bone marrow register as it costs £100 to add just one person to the register. You can show support for their tremendous achievement by donating here.
Just below you can see a slideshow of their bike ride.
